I Swear to God

If the people down the block don't let their whining, yelping, yowling dog (who has been wooowyowwgrrrll-ing all effing afternoon) into the house soon, I'm marching over there, kicking open the goddamn door and letting the dog in myself.

I had that problem once with a neighbors dog, only it was at 1 a.m. and I ended up letting the dog off the chain and watching it merrily run away...

I just feel bad because the poor dog is obviously lonely and/or unhappy. Everytime it makes its miserable let me in noise, my heart breaks a little. All it wants is to be inside. With its people.
