Dear David, I Miss You. I Love You.
So it's finished. When I put it in David's hands this morning, he said, "This is so cool. You're good at this." He may be right. When I am capable of paying attention to what I'm doing, I am pretty good at this. Here are the pictures.
They're all thumbnails, so you can click to see a larger image for any of them. I did blur what I wrote in the cards, but that's because I wrote them for Dave. If I know you well enough that you come to my house and want to see the book, then you can try read the cards too. Let's face it, my handwriting is illegible. But the general world doesn't need to know our business. At least not the kind of business I write to my husband when we're apart for over a week.

Hey Sally - I love the idea of creating a book form for the cards you sent Dave...hmmmm, an idea worth remembering. Thanks for sharing info about tranfering with alchol...didn't work out for me maybe it's my canon ink. Please stay in touch - love your photos. I will send some your way too, a bit of an online community, perhaps? :)S

Sharon! Hi! Thanks. I knew I was going to make this book the day Sybil taught us the accordion fold and I saw her attaching pages to it.
What have you been up to?

Hey Sally-
I couldn't find a way to comment on your post BELOW this one, so I commented here. Is there a way? Am I missing it?
I was going to suggest something to help us blog-o-types with posting topics. Would you like to get together one a week/month/whatever with me and a group of other people and have a 'rotating topic pool'? Or anyone else who wants to participate?
For example, maybe we could take turns suggesting things like: 1. What does the perfect summer day look like to you? 2. What are your favorite RED things? 3. What's the prettiest and tastiest food you've seen lately? 4. What person do you wish would be eaten by bats? 5. If you could plunk yourself into a movie, which one and why?
6. Find a photo you like for every month's letter....like August---A-apples U--umbrellas for the beach, G-Green Grass U-ugly but comfy shoes S-Sand and more Sand T-Treats, of the frozen variety
Anyhoo---stuff like that. I know I have 'what the hell' days, and it would help me.
